Returns, Exchange and Refund Policy

Eligibility Requirements

You must initiate a return request within 30 days of receipt of your order. If more 30 days have past since you received your product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless there is a verifiable manufacturing defect or malfunction of the product.

Digital products (eBooks & eProjects) are not eligible for a return if they have already been downloaded (and verified as downloaded by our server report). If they have not been downloaded they may be eligible for a refund, please contact customerservice@wardellpublications.com with an explanation of your situation.

We will replace any item with a verifiable manufacturing defect or malfunction of the product.

If an item arrives broken or damaged please retain all packaging as close as possible the way you received it. Take several photographs showing the outside of the package as well as the damaged product itself and email that information to customerservice@wardellpublications.com

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Send an email to customerservice@wardellpublications.com with an explanation of your situation and why you need to return the item, then wait for a Return Authorization email. If a return is permitted we will send the return address and instructions by email..

Payment Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

There are certain situations where only partial refund may be granted:
A book or other physical product was returned with obvious signs of use or not in it’s original packaging.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts (for reasons not due to our error).
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

If your refund or exchange is approved it be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment or the new item will be shipped. The time it may take for the funds to be returned to your bank or credit card or for your exchanged product to reach you will vary, depending on where you live.

Shipping Charges

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for any returned item (except for manufacturing defective items). Both the return and the original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will not be included in your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
